I've started and stopped so many times and the reason is largely due to the soreness, not mild but barely able to walk, the day and two days after I do my workouts. Not the cardio, I'm used to those, but the strength training. The next day is bad but the day after that when I'm supposed to do it again it's even worse. Should I do it anyway? I'm just not sure, I get off course because I can't function on the schedule. This is very frustrating to me and I'm just not sure what to do, I don't feel like when I'm doing it, that I'm over doing it but when you can barely walk 2 days later that tells me something different.
