Guest guest
Hi Everyone. I am new to this website but looking forward to getting to know each and everyone of you. I was looking for a great place where I can come to for advice/encouragement throughout the 12 weeks. This will be the first time I am trying this challenge, however I am also hoping that this will be my first time sticking to a routine. My goal although probably very ambitious is to lose 25 lbs or drop 2 dress sizes. Tomorrow starts day one...I am nervous and excited to see what changes I can make within this 12 week time frame. I have plenty of work to do afterwards but hopefully this will put a big enough dent into it.
Guest guest
Welcome to the group! If this is your first time in a fitness/nutrition program, you will be surprised on the results you can make. If you stick to the " by the book " directives, you should have no problem dropping 2 dress sizes. The key points are: 1. Follow the nutrition plan exactly as it is laid out. Free days are once a week - be sure to eat clean all week. You will enjoy your free day much more as well as make tremendous progress! 2. Hit your 10's - The level of exercise intensity will bring about the changes you are looking to make. Just because weight training is linked to building muscle, you will not get 'bulky'. Weight training is a very efficient fat-burning activity. Don't be afraid to push it! 3. Although you will be making great progress during the 1st week, it may take 2-4 weeks to " see " changes. Just be sure to stick to the program. 12 weeks is the perfect time period for a challenge. Make sure you see it all the way to the end. I've been living the BFL lifestyle for about 3 years now, and I have absolutely no problem keeping it up. Welcome to the rest of your new life! > > Hi Everyone.
