I have been back on my program now for about 6 weeks and I am down 20 pounds!! I am so close to going under that 300lb mark!! I haven't started back to my walking program since I am having knee issues.. but I have been doing water aerobics and yoga!! LOL I feel better every day.. and what is amazing is that I have stop beating myself up mentally. What a blessing. I am so glad to see so many have stayed and we grow by at least one member every day. I will see if I can get Steve stoked to post :) But until he does.. make this your support group!! Brag or whine!! What ever you need to do so that food isn't the focus of your life. Together we are strong!!
