Guest guest
Can't answer your question, but as an aside, I found this website http://www.nutritiondata.com which I use to track my food intake. It's a bit cumbersome, as you need to remove the tracking foods if you want to use it on a daily basis, but it is definitely helpful in keeping track of your protein and other nutrient data. Guest guest
Personally, I go with about 190g worth, so close to 3/4 or 4/5 of a cup. Fat-free CC is quite light on calories, so a cup wouldn't be bad. > > wi was wondering if you have cottage cheese for a snack what is the > serving size 1/2 cup or whole cup, i was wondering if there is a sight > with more allowed foods and recieps thanks >

At 190 lbs, I use a full cup and about 8 ounces of yogurt as a meal. (sometimes I add about 1/4 cup of grape nuts to make it crunchy) not much for recipes here, but some good information on my website, http://theallhealthnetwork.com/?cat=58 we are looking to add more recipes as time goes on...
