Completed first week!

Hi all! I am completing my first week this today and I am impressed

with the beginning noticable changes. I have been using Mypolex Lite

RTDs and packets and L-Glutamine powder since my goals are to build

muscle while losing 25 lbs. I may not be able to lose all the weight on

the first 12 weeks, but I hope to come close. I have two questions:

1)Does anyone have any suggestions regarding tweaking the cardio? I

have read in a few places that it is " ok " to add 30 minutes of low to

moderate cardio (60% to 75% of maximum heart rate) on cardio days or

after weight training. I don't want to compromise muscle gain, but I

want to be able to burn some extra calories for weight loss too.

2) Does anyone have any preferences between Myoplex Low Carb,Lite or

Regular for weight loss and muscle building?
