Guest guest Posted August 24, 2008 Report Share Posted August 24, 2008 Bill's (wuregan)breakfast, use one or two eggs, or two or four table spoons of beans or oats, and two or four brococli's portions, depending on how large a meal you want. 1-one or two large size eggs see note a 2-two or four tablespoons of red kidney beans(pre cooked) from a tin see note b 3-two or four tablespoons of quick rapid oatmeal(raw uncooked)see note c 4-two or four broccoli tops(crowns)see note d 5-one processed cheeder cheese see note e 6-one wet 8 oz glass see note f 7-an amount of filtered water see note g 8-a tablespoon of 50/50 vinegar/oil and italain seasoning see note h 9-a table spoon of non hydrogentated margarine or butter see note i 10- one 8 oz microwavable bowl or bake pan or fry pan see note j directions: put eggs-beans-brocoli-oats into the wet glass stir, mix, and fill remaining space in glass with water, stir well then butter up bowl so the egg won't stick after cooking pour contents of glass into bowel or pan put a saucer or lid that is microwaveable over the dish to prevent splatter, then micro wave for 3 to 5 minutes 3 for single portion and 5 for double portion then remove cooked meal to a plate and slice into 8 or 9 wedges then place small inch squares of cheese on top of eggs then drip the table spoon of oil and vinegar over the food and enjoy take one small lunch sandwich for 1200 noon break, take some fruit or veggies for snacks. you won't need any other nutrition until dinner. notes a- one or two eggs depends on how large a meal you want, the eggs will give you satisfaction and you won't need a large lunch at noon and the eggs reduce the craving for snacks in the morning. b- you can alternate with chick peas, or lentiles, or romano beans, or varities of peas c- use rapid oats, or whole oats that were ground up a bit so they cook quickly d- you could use other chopped green vegetables if you want, use green for good looks e- you can use any type of cheese that can be broken into pieces f- if you use a wet glass to start with the eggs won't stick to the side of the glass g- fill the remainder of the glass with water, this makes the eggs fluffy h- this dressing spices up the food if you want i- try to use a butter or margarine that is healthy j- microwave takes about 3 to five minutes, baking till firm at bottom, or fry till solid. it's enjoy!!!!
