I don't know if any of you are Biggest Loser followers but the season

finale was tonight. During one commercial break they said Biggest

Loser is teaming up with Feed America and donating one pound of

groceries to Feed America for every pound people lose during their

challenge. You can sign up at www.biggestloser.com and pledge up to

two pounds per week for the 20 weeks from December 15 – May 5.

Wouldn't that be great – you lose weight and someone else who doesn't

have enough gets food on their table. The down side is that you get

periodic emails from the biggest loser – personally, I don't mind

getting a bit more spam in my inbox.

I am also a BL fan and watched the finale last night. (they all looked

great)

Thanks for the reminder because I wanted to and check out the details of the

Feed America pledge. It is a great idea.
