Guest guest
Hi Laurie, How are you feeling now? When are you due. My niece had a baby girl on Wednesday. So exciting!
Guest guest
Congrats on the grand niece! I am due near the 20th to 24th, but my doctor wants me to have a scheduled c-section. She wants the 12th, but we're so not ready, so we're considering a later date. We also have the option of a natural birth. It's a tough decision, that I don't feel even remotely comfortable making. I feel like whatever I decide will be wrong or go wrong. How ever does anyone make a decision like this? Otherwise, everything is good, just biding my time, trying to get ready and waiting for this little girl. laurie > > Hi Laurie, How are you feeling now? When are you due. Guest guest
Laurie, As a nurse with a strong interest in labor and delivery, I am full of questions as to why a C-section versus a natural delivery, but I know that you are very intelligent and hope that you have a good, trusting relationship with your doctor, so I am sure the two of you will make the best decision for you. With that in mind, and with my recent experience of second-guessing everything that happened with my brain tumor, then everything coming out well, beyond all hope and expectations, I am trusting that everything will work out exactly as it should for you and your baby. I will certainly be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Please share the news as soon as conveniently possible. Guest guest
That is a hard decision. Usually babies make their own decisions about when to come, etc.I'm glad you are doing well. How does your son feel about a sister? Congrats on the grand niece! I am due near the 20th to 24th, but my doctor wants me to have a scheduled c-section. Guest guest
I had a c-section with my first. I've had a lot of problems with pulled muscles and ligaments and the doctor is not too optimistic about me having a natural birth with #2. I also have a problem with sugar, I am almost gestational diabetic, but not quite. Ethan was 9 lbs 15 oz, he got his head stuck during the induction and we had to have a c-section as every contraction was squishing his poor little head. I just wish I had known the naturopath midwife that I know now. I think things would have gone a lot better. laurie > > > > Hi Laurie, How are you feeling now? When are you due. Guest guest
My son is ecstatic, it's " my baby sister " about everything. It's pretty cute. I think he's going to do a good job adjusting to the big brother role. The only bad thing about a baby in the middle of winter, is that i'm not going to have any where but the gym to go exercise in. We have these ripping winter winds here, it's not a fun place to walk in the winter. I will cancel the gym membership in March or so. I really look forward to being able to walk again! I hope my stupid ligaments return to normal quickly and I get back to walking right away. Laurie > > > > > > Hi Laurie, How are you feeling now? When are you due.
