Carts for a Minature Dachshund

I would like to get your opinions on what type of cart would be good for a minature dachshund. The terrain around their home is uneven. The owners have been looking on line and they think the Ruff Rollin cart might be ideal. So please give me your feed back on what cart would be best for this dog and owner. Thank you. i only use eddies wheels. the problem with the ruff rolin cart is that the

wheels are straight down from the horizontal bars...what this means is when the

dogs do tight turns it will tip..also, the wheels are not the greatest, you have

to constantly tighten them...i could go on with other things wrong with it, but

won't

use eddies wheels...
