Guest guest
Hi guys. Thought i'd say hello to the group as i'm new here. I've just started the Body for life programme (week 4) and already have noticed a difference. I aint weighing myself as i just want to look good. I am just amazed by the difference in my body after just a few weeks. Can't say i was massively over weight, my body was just ok. Carrying fat around my belly and horrible scrawny legs!! Look ok with clothes on though, so i guess that's why i have never bothered to get my life into shape. Anyhow, i decided i wanted to look good and feel good about myself, so here i am, and already i'm feeling different on the inside aswell as outside. I Broke my hip in February this year and although i'm waiting for another op (Jan09), i'm determined to get my life in order. I'm loving the programme, can't believe that i'm up at 6.00 am and at the gym by the latest 7.00am. Took my a while to get used to not eating before my workout but that's working for me now. My problem now is the constant wanting to eat!!! Well i'm looking for a gym buddy, so if anyone is in Liverpool UK and fancies joining up with me, give me a shout. Cheers, and keep focused!!! Guest guest
, Welcome to Body for Life! It is great to see that you're already enjoying noticeable results in your 4 weeks in. I think you'll be amazed at the end of the 12 weeks how much you really have done. This will be so helpful in your recovery mode after your January 09 operation too. You picked a great time to do BFL! I hope you find a gym buddy over there, I'm just a little too far away from you (Ohio). Dana Anne ---- " jason.adams17 " wrote: > Hi guys.
