Guest guest
Has anyone done Platelet Enriched Plasma (PRP) injections into the canine shoulder joint to treat biceps tenosynovitis instead of using corticosteroids? I was just reading up on how to treat BT and it made me wonder if this was a viable substitue that could have better long term effects than steroids. Do you have to do 2-3 repeated injections a few weeks apart or is this a one injection then repeat as needed or q 3-4 months as a preventative therapy? Thank you for your comments!
