Guest guest Posted September 9, 2008 Report Share Posted September 9, 2008 Throw all of this in a blender: 1 cup skim milk 80cal 1/2 cup cold water 1 Banana 100cal 2 Scoops of Chocolate protien powder 136cal (46 gr) 1 Tablespoon of Hershey unsweetened Chocalte powder 20cal. Add another for double chocolate. 20cal 2 Tablespoons of Splenda Total 336/356 Cal & 46 gr protien The bitterness of the chocolate overcomes the richness of the banana/spenda for a classic chocolate flavor.
