Whatever works for you is what's important. I agree that a radical change

is sometimes necessary. I'm not totally committed to Atkins, but I have

changed my way of eating totally in the last month or so. I eat very few

carbs, and when I do, it's much less than usual. For example, I buy the

extra thin sliced bread by Pepperidge Farm if I want toast or a sandwich.

Each slice is about half a normal piece of bread. Sometimes, for breakfast,

I like that little taste of toast, so I don't feel deprived, but that's just

me.... works for me :-)
