I'm not totally committed to Atkins, but I have changed my way of eating totally in the last month or so. I eat very few carbs, and when I do, it's much less than usual. For example, I buy the extra thin sliced bread by Pepperidge Farm if I want toast or a sandwich. Each slice is about half a normal piece of bread. Sometimes, for breakfast, I like that little taste of toast, so I don't feel deprived, but that's just me.... works for me :-) Sandy
