I am new to the whole concept of Raw Milk and want to learn everything I can about it. I recently purchased a copy of Nourishing Traditions and have enjoyed most of the book. I am trying to change my approach to nutrition in that I need to properly identify what is or is not food. By that I mean, I was reading the label on a psyllium husk container and it identified the contents as food. I thought to myself, this isn't food. I don't know what it is but it isn't food. A fast food hamburger with all of its chemicals is food, not fiber. That's when I realized I needed to change how I looked at food. It is illegal to purchase Raw Milk in Rhode Island, so I am having to research where I can find raw milk farms in other states. At this point, I want to learn how to make yogurt with raw milk along with kefir.
