Guest guest
When I was deciding which program to attend, I was told that UT was more research based/supported and CRI more practical-oriented. From what I have seen and heard this seems to be a good assesment, so you should decide which appeals to you more. I did the CRI program (six courses) and found it a fantastic experience. The rest of the staff at my facility did the UT program. They definately learned a lot, but did not have the degree of hands on experience (in palpation and manual therapy especially) that I did at CRI. I like hands on and I need a lot of repetition of it (as the CRI instructors can probably attest). If you are a PT and already know that stuff, you might like UT. If you are a vet and can't find the gracilis muscle or supraspinatus tendon to save your life and have never heard the words " joint mobs " , you might enjoy CRI.
