could I have some help from you who are physically active? I quit many sports

and recreational activities that I loved because after I lost my sense of

balance I could not fall the same way I did before. I used to fall soft which

is not as bad as falling hard. I can only compare it to closing your eyes and

jumping off a chair. I would like to ski again but am afraid of hurting myself

if I fall. There are several who say they ski. Is your balance nerve intact ?

Or what's your strategy about falling?
