Hi,Seeing an 11 yr old Swissie that had RF amputated due to osteosarc, lungs are clear and she is undergoing chemo at U Penn. She has severe OA in hips, stifles, tarsi. She could walk ok before surgery but now that she only has one front leg and the hind end is so arthritic and weak she can no longer walk. I did laser the hips on her first and second visit, thinking we are far enough away from the front end and the tumor in the leg is gone anyway since the leg is gone and I have to do something to help these back legs or she will never walk. But I got to thinking, could that osteosarc be metastizing anywhere? Is laser a bad idea?

thanks for any input,Pamela Mueller PhD DVM CCRT pendingAnimal Therapy Center Bethlehem PA
