Post-op TTA's

Good morning.

I have a couple of questions for the group regarding post-op TTA's.

We are doing on average 3-5 TTA surgeries per month and most of the clients are

pursuing rehab services.

My first question is regarding EMS settings that others are using both in the

first (2-14 days) period, and then later (4-6 weeks). This is just for my own

confidence level to see if what I'm using is even in the ballpark of what others

with more experience are using.

The second question is for the dogs that are in the 5+ week timeframe that are

feeling really good and are using the leg really well. How are you ramping up

their exercise and keeping it challenging for them during the timeframe that

destination jumping is still too aggressive? I do not have UWTM capabilities so

must of my exercises have to be things owner can do at home. I need creative

ideas for strength building for the high energy dogs that want to do more than

what they should at this stage.

Thanks.
