Guest guest
Thanks for the response. Since I now know that I can work into the plan like you said I will now introduce myself and tell you guys about me. I am 46 and have been pretty much hefty all my life. As a young teen I pretty much did not worry about it until after I had graduated and began my life as an adult outside of school life. I have struggled with my weight and have attempted many diets, including those " fad " diets. I have tried to stay away from those that would potentially harm you. However, although I could get the weight off I would stop and it would come back on, plus more. I have ogled over pictures of people who are fit and wished my life away hoping that one day I would look like that. My goal is simply to drain away the fat and build a squared chest and six pack abs. Weight has never been my main issue but the shape and look of my body both inside and out. I have recently been placed on high blood pressure medication and told it is possible for me to lose the weight and maybe come off the medication. That, in and of itself, has been a motivator for me. My immediate family has medical problems and I am the " healthier " one of my family which I see that I need to keep my health should they need me. Also, I have had a " granddaddy " pooch, which I had hoped to never have - oops! I do now!! BFL affords me a way to prove to myself that I can, once and for all, look like those models and make a healthier lifestyle for myself. I am so determined to prove myself wrong and feel so much better in the process. Now has come the time to make the committment and strap myself in for the ride and enjoy every step of this journey. I look forward to meeting some of you in the near future as I do hope to be at the Champions Acheivement Meeting for making myself a better person both inside and out. I know that with God on my side and my conversing with Him daily He will make sure that I stay with this. I am having my before pictures taken this evening and will post those soon. Wishing you people a wonderful day and good luck on your individual journeys also! In good health and good spirit. Gleaton
