I was hoping someone could offer some advice, or point me in the right direction, for managing a water setup. I currently have a 1500 gal pool that I'm using and am in need of chemical management. It is a free standing pool (8x6x4) constructed by a client and I am currently cycling the water with a pump and filter but have yet to start using any chemicals because we basically have just been trialing the setup. As we are now up and running I need to start better water management and am not sure where to begin. The pool is free-standing and we have no holding tanks, just the pool, pump and filter. The local pool supply company recommended using a shock treatment nightly after we are closed. I was hoping for some thoughts and feedback and how we might best manage the water? Thanks,Joe
