Hi a,

> HOPE THINGS WILL ALL WORK OUT.... I CAN RELATE TO THE WILD DREAMS.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. For a while I thought I was Jesus Christ!

> LIKE YOU I WAS KINDA CRAZY.....:)

I wasn't just kind of crazy ... I was completely around the bend. It was a

pretty scary time for me. Very confusing.

> GLAD TO SEE YA BACK ONLINE!!! ANY VISION TROUBLE THERE?

Of course at first my eye was stuck right open. I don't know when exactly

but it began to close on it's own a few weeks later. Still the doctors

opted for a minor operation to pull the corner of my eye shut. My eye gets

irritated easily, and bothers me a lot of the time. Those are my vision

problems. The eyesight has gotten a bit worse in the right eye since I last

got glasses. I don't know if that's related to NF2 or not. I hope not!

I'll talk to you later,

<<< I have been doing mostly advanced live tapes and turbo jam with some walking, tennis and skating thrown in. I am still finding tae bo and turbo jam hard on my knees and may give some pilates a try as well. >>>

Good to hear from you! Are you really liking Turbo Jam? I just ordered YBB here in Australia and hope Turbo Jam comes out in Australia too!

I've also ordered 's Ball workout and his Favourite Moves ones ( from the US). I am addicted!

Am proud that I got in 6 workouts while I was gone, including a brisk 30 min walk by doing laps in the airport while waiting for our connecting flight. Had a few dietary indiscretions, but overall ate well and passed by a lot of tempting treats

WTG Delana! Welcome back! It's very hard to eat well while away let alone get workouts in!

I am liking the turbo jam. It is also based on martial arts but is more

dancelike with more jammin' music. There are fewer repetitions in a row of

things like punches and kicks and she does a lot of combining upper and lower

body with a twist of the torso, which seems to be helping some problem areas in

the abdomen, lower back and hips for me...Have spent my new workout budget for

the year so billy's ball workout will have to wait. Have fun. Delana.

I just got my TurboJam in the mail, and am going to try it tomorrow. I

ordered the entire set. (I like to spend money way too much. LOL.) I am

going to alternate Tae Bo, Urban Rebounding and TurboJam...with weights and

Pilates thrown in somewhere.

Thanks for the review - i wish BB didn't charge so much to ship TJ to Australia. Anyway, maybe they'll be available here one day!
