Guest guest Posted September 28, 2008 Report Share Posted September 28, 2008 I pressed out some clove and ginger tinctures a couple of weeks ago and they both smelt really strong still(and the tinctures were knock out!) so I decide to make wine with the left over pressings. They both look and smell great, fermenting vigorously.
