Guest guest
Dr.JM, do you still recommend kids stay GFCF if their Food Allergies tests of IgE and IgG came back without any reaction to wheat or gluten? (and their casein was low reactivity) If so, how come? Thanks, shannon

(and their casein was low reactivity) The rationale for the gfcf diet is not based on allergies. There is no definitive lab test that can fully determine whether or not a child will benefit from gfcf. The best test is clinical--a trial of the diet with your child. Since you're on this list, I presume that you have Dr. McCandless' book, Children with Starving Brains. You might want to review chapter five.
