Guest guest
It was quite interesting watching the border collie competition. I couldn't tell - which ruling organization was this under? I sure hope this wasn't representative of the whole group - sure a lot of dogs taking off for the jump too early. And after seeing one or two dogs slip in the rain, I think I'd be pulling my dog from competition that day! I did agility when it first started up, but have focused on freestyle lately. I'll be getting back into agility soon, and one of the things that I noticed as I started teaching myself more about conditioning for agility is that the moves ('tricks') that we do for freestyle are pretty much the same as the conditioning exercises. I'm headed to my first CRI course soon - looking forward to learning a lot more about canine rehab. Guest guest
It was quite interesting watching the border collie competition. I couldn't tell - which ruling organization was this under? I think it was in Europe -- to judge from the orange/blue contacts and the height (and single bar nature) of the jumps It is a very impressive video. But I suspect if you watch horse show jumping, racing or eventing in slow mo it would be similar (or worse).Pamela Mueller PhD DVMBethlehem PA
