I participated in my very first 5K walking event today and I completed

it. Of course, I was last but all the people who passed me were there

to cheer me on when I finally crossed the finish line. That's what made

it so cool and special to me. Also, the fact that I am a 51-year-old

queen-sized woman competing in her first 5K walk was special, too. LOL!
