Guest guest
The issue with Pat Kane was much worse than not being an MD, which she never claimed to be, she's not even a PhD, which she does claim to be. She got her " PhD " from a notorious diploma mill on the west coast, called Columbia Pacific. It is a non-accredited institution. IE, " Send us some money, we'll send you a PhD. " I confirmed that this is where she got her degree from the speaker's bureau that represents her, and several phone requests and emails I sent to her office regarding her credentials were ignored. Even more unbelievable, she posed as a parent through an alias on a couple of different lists that I also was on. She deliberately stirred up trouble by creating anxiety about various aspects of the DAN! protocol, and always managed to put in oblique plugs for BodyBio through her phony parent alias before she got kicked off. She may know a few things about fatty acids, but I'd sure think twice before using any of her advice with our kids. She also believes that DMSA is not safe, and that monthly infusions with DMPS are a better way to go, according to one article she wrote.
