Guest guest
Has anyone used the equine Cosequin for OA supplements in canines? Our clinic has a client who would like to use the Equine supplement for his big dog becuase his horse is on it and he thinks it will be more cost effective to use. I think in a quick read of the labels the Glucosamine/Chondroitin ratio in the equine supplement vs the canine is different. Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Guest guest
I have used it with my 80lb dog for about 8 months now with no issue. He's incredibly picky and hard to pill, so I was looking for a powder form for him. I did a lot of research prior to starting him on it and couldn't find a good reason not to. He gets frequent blood monitoring for other reasons and hasn't had any changes there. > Luanna, LVT, CCRP >
