Hi gang!

It's like a spontaneous virtual reunion, here. Great to see you all posting.

I've been traveling A LOT for business lately, and my recent BFL restarts have,

once again, taken second place to my old, poor habits.

I may have forgotten how to spell progress, but, I will pull out the ol'

dictionary when I'm back at home.

I'm currently finishing some activities in Israel, and hope to be back home VERY

soon. I'll look forward to being home with my family, back to BFL, and back to

receiving all the help & guidance you might want to give me.

Until then...

Shalom! :)

That's a relief to hear! I hope I can stick with it. I'm going to mix up

things and see what I can do to keep myself motivated.

Keep lifting what you can and as often as you can!

, I am sure you are still in better shape than many your age and that you

hide 30 lbs pretty well. But I understand it is hard to hide it from yourself

since we know our bodies.
