Guest guest Posted January 27, 2012 Report Share Posted January 27, 2012 I was 58 and went on a diet July 5 2011. I am a construction worker so I am fairly active but was still getting bigger. I was 6 foot 265 LBS. So I stopped drinking beer and every morning I stop at the grocery store and buy like 5 to 6 LBS. of fruit which I eat all day long. Then when I get home I eat one plate of a normal supper. Meat, potato, and vegetable before I go to bed. I am now down to 215 but I keep losing weight slower and slower.
