You might want to try using a steamer to cook your chicken. I have a black

and decker double stacker steamer. I place my veggies on the top the

chicken on the bottom... I can place herbs in an infuser that is on the

bottom stack that will flavor everything or you can sprinkle spices on top

of your chicken and it will go through the meat better.
