The new Fatmanwalking project.

And it has almost nothing to do with walking! I've brought together a group of people who are looking to make changes in their life, health, and weight. We will kick off a year long project starting Aug 1st. I invite you to follow us as we all work through a program I've designed as a rehabilitation for obese people. If you are interested please email me privately with your email address. At first I'm going to open it up to about 20 people, but in a month or so I will make it open to a much larger group.
