Guest guest Posted February 29, 2012 Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 Meditation in my view is not about blocking the world out, it is about taking a higher perspective, in fact getting highly aware of everything, but allowing any emotions/states that happen due to the world around you (including sounds) to pass right through you, like clouds..
