I have a friend who swears by it as the best anti-depressant. She said it

pulled her out of a severe depressive state within hours.You get it in a

health food store. She said you should not use it in conjunction with any

other anti-depressant, not even St. s Wort. I don't know if that is

really true or comes from the warning concerning a bad reaction to MAO

inhibitors, which are & nbsp; specific anti-depressants which work

different than most others . This is strictly anecdotal, so I recommend

you check it out before you start using it. Perhaps our research sleuths

(which does include you, I guess) can dig up some more info.<br>
