Guest guest
I have a learning challenges and am an emotional person as well- may be a link to Misophonia? To: Soundsensitivity Sent: Thursday, March 15, 2012 8:22 PM Subject: Learning disability and Misophonia I just had an epiphany... everytime I start doing something, like not capitalizing my i's, or miss-spelling a word when I know how to spell it, It's like my brain adheres to something and won't move past it, whether it's an emotional though or any thought or task what so ever... memory and focus are so bad that I rely mostly on knowledge that I've practiced enough to be instictive, yet, that doesn't explain why I can do one thing wrong (or make one thought), one time, then keep doing it over and over after that, when I know it is incorrect. Is this just a coincidence, or does my misophonia extend from my learning disability? I've always been a very emotional person (no offence, but this may be why it's mostly women who have misophonia), and my thoughts center around emotion alot. It would make sence, given my learning disability and emotional state, that I would eventually start down a trainwreck of thought leading to misophonia. Guest guest
" I have a learning challenges and am an emotional person as well- may be a link to Misophonia? " -audrey rossow I have Memory problems, Concentration problems, hyperactivity, Dyslexia, Misophonia, Anger management problems in general, and emotional problems in general. This is one of the prime reasons I'm interested in neurofeedback; if it won't help will all of my problems because they may or may not actually be related, at least there's a strong possibility it will help with some (which will help with all of my problems by taking some crap off of the table, and improving my disposition and hope for the future).
