Hi,

I called DR. Franco's office in January 98. The nurse was really cold to

me. I asked if I could pay for a phone consultation with the Doc. At

first they said I could and when I called back when they told me to they

said i NEEDED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. tHIS WAS A DOCTORS OFFICE NOT A

QUESTION AND ANSWER SERVICE!!! I used caps because that was the type of

message I got. I hope you have better luck.

I would persevere Cooky if you have the stamina because people who see him

are happy with him. Too bad he has such rude staff.
