Zoloft and Extreme Fatigue

Hey everyone! A quick overview...I was on Paxil 40mg for a

year...My OB decided to wean me off the Paxil to place me on Zoloft

which supposedly is better for women. Well, she didn't know what

she was doing so she yeaned me off Paxil in 2 days. I went through

all the withdrawal symptoms. Then, I stayed off medication for 2

months and hit a really bad depression, anxiety state. About a

month and a half ago, I was placed on Zoloft 50 mg (beginning

dose). Then about 2 weeks ago, I was placed on Zoloft 100 mg.

About 2 weeks ago, I started having problems with extreme fatigue

all day long and I am still having problems. I talked to my doctor

this past Tuesday and got permission to go back down to 50 mg

because I was wondering if the increase in Zoloft was causing the

problem. Well, I have been on 50 mg of Zoloft for 4 days and am

still fatigued. My doctor for the 1.5 years I have been on

antidepressants (all SSRIs) has never done bloodwork. Any

suggestions? Anyone gone through anything similar? Thank you...Any

help would be greatly appreciated becaus I am really concerned about

how I am feeling.
