Guest guest
Hi Barbara! Oh no! I certainly didn't mean to make you lumpy with our chocolate rantings! From now on, I'll keep my horrible chocolate habit under wraps. And I don't mean the wrapper type that comes on kisses or anything. Ooops! There I go again! It really is a sickness for me, I've had a horrible sweet tooth since childhood (both my grandmothers worked in bakeries). I loved your " getting softer hugs " . Make me laugh out loud! Hugs! Guest guest
Jo & Barbara, In the past 16 months I have lost over 85 much needed pounds. I did not diet. I suddenly became nauseated by most foods. My entire diet was Tomato juice (Which I had always hated before), graham crackers and WOW p potato chips. And anything sugar. But not chocolate which had been my biggest dieting downfall. Now I have added some foods I can tolerate. Hamburger meat, pasta and strawberry wafer cookies. And the potato chips now have to be WOW cheddar cheese sour cream flavor not plain. Felice
Guest guest
Hi Felice! Wow, I'm so impressed. We'll stay off the food talks. Unfortunately for me, most foods entice me. Until last summer, when I broke my toe, I was able to do some low impact aerobics, not much anymore though. My husband told me earlier that we are going back and joining the YMCA so we can swim for exercise. We have so much exercise equipment downstairs, and don't use it. Sometimes, on good days, I'll get on the bike (which is now in one of those holders). I can use the universal, but don't very often. Hard to think about exercise when you hurt. Hugs! Guest guest
Felice, I have heard that WOW potato chips can cause severe intestinal distress. Have you tried doing without them to see if you feel any better? Are you taking any anti-nausea drugs with your pain meds such as Vistaril or Antivert? There must be something your doctor can do to help alleviate this problem. Take care, DJ ________________________________________________________________ YOU'RE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE INTERNET!
