Guest guest
Hi Ladies, I was wondering if it is a good idea to test for hormones to check your low point, after using Oestrogel (12 hrs. after application) or test at high or peak level (as Dr. G. recommends)? Dr. Vilet says she often checks for low reading to make sure low point is still high enough to provide for bone and heart protecting, rather than at peak levels. I have a test coming up soon and am wondering when to test. Is it more important to know high levl or low level? Thanks for your input.
