The e-mail signature I use was mandated by the leader of the MCS-Global group, as was my title, since I was the first Canadian to join. I had no choice in either. I’m nobody special or intimidating. Just a sick person sharing info that will hopefully be of use to others.

Hi Ariella, Everybody,

I have to agree with Ariella, such posts look very much like hidden advertising

which is NOT permitted on this group.

I will be watching such posts more closely and removing anything which looks

like advertising I find in the posts. This applies in particular to people

trying to advertise their own services.

This does not affect legitimate links given in response to an appropriate

question of course - It is the spam we want to prevent.

Well isn’t that nice! We don’t sell anything on the MCS-global website, and neither do I personally. We are all about sharing information and trying to gain recognition of MCS and nothing else. I don’t do SPAM and am insulted by the insinuation that I do.

Is this the thanks I get for the help I try to give? Many people appreciate the info I share in these groups and have told me so in private e-mails. I thought these groups were all about sharing info. Was I wrong?

I agree with Bonita, I think there has been an overrreaction to this. She has helped many people and what’s the big deal with her title. She is not selling anything.

Even thou we have some bad issues with OCD and stuff, remember that we can only control ourselves, not other people.
