Guest guest
soap. I know this is a weird place to post but I know there's many experts here. I made a creme soap and decided it was too thick and I wanted it to be usable in toggles/malibu bottles. It's still very soapy, ph is 7.25, and the water content is much lower than 90% which is a figure that sticks out in my mind for aqueous solutions. I would rather not HAVE to add something to kill germies - and yes,I am working with distilled water; but I am wondering if there's really a need. I'm hoping the lye process itself takes care of the issue. [ KOH and NAoh in this process] I tried finding some answers on line and in the liquid soap book but nothing definitive so I am guessing I'm looking in the wrong place. ? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Willow
