In your yahoo email, you can set a control by right clicking one of the sound sensitivity emails and creating a group for it.  That way...if anyone posts anything it won't go in your general email...it will go into it's own categor of Sound Sensitivty....you will have to search your yahool email to find out how you do it.  But with gmail it's very simple.

Daily digest doesn't mean you only get 1 per day.. it means you get 1 for every 25 e-mails that are sent.You can turn emails off and read them on the Yahoo group if you don't want to get any e-mails at all.
