organ transplants - before and after

Hi All:My Mother was a long time friend of the grand mother of Helene .Helene is the now 21 year old who has been in the news all over the world because she recently acquired two new lungs.I was wondering what I can suggest to help her as she has to take anti-rejection drugs for many years to come ?And I was wondering what we can do for those currently waiting for a lung transplant, or a kidney, or liver transplant, or other organs in need of a transplant ?Thanks.Sincerely,Philip Bloedow
