I do have a suggestion !

I have found that there are certain foods that trigger me to want to

eat more, but even if I stop and think about it, I'm not really hungry! I

often avoid those types of food like the plague! I have also discovered that

if I get any cravings or feel hnugry, I eat an apple or maybe a salad!

something that will curb me just a little until the next meal! I also find

that having a glass of water mid day and mid afternoon really help! I hope

this gives you some ideas that will help, hang in there & oh the fear of

weighing in will subside over several weeks, I hated to weigh in at least the

first 5 weeks, and now at 11 weeks I am only cautious because I am getting

closer to my 10% goal! KAilu

, maybe you're letting the stress of the day catch up with you at night.

A fish filet at Mc's isn't that bad....I have them occasionally myself,

minus the sauce. I suggest you exercise before dinner. You'll feel more in

control, relieve some of that stress, and perhaps manage better. Also, have

your meals well planned and get an air popcorn machine.....Lots of air pop

popcorn is very filling, low in points. Try to have healthy, low-point snacks

available to keep you on program.

Best wishes,

Lyn

Re: Having trouble

I have been having a lot of trouble sticking to my planned meal in the

evenings. The last 3 nights I diverted a lot. Even had a Mcs fish filet

aaaarrrrgggghhh. I don't know what is triggering me to do this. It is only my

3rd week at WW and I am afraid to weigh in Sat. I do ok throughout the day, but

I get impulsive at night. Any suggestions out there, I have such a long way to

go. Seems like whenever I try to get myself started on a new program I do well

for about a week and then start having trouble.
