Guest guest
Seems I have become more sensitive to salt and my blood presure is spiking as high as 190/120 on occasion ! Also seems food allergies are impacting BP. Any ideas on how I might supplement my meds to stabilize my BP? I was cut back on a diuretic which may have increased water retention ? Wondering what organs I might was to stimulate to stabilize or ractivate body functions !
Guest guest
I read that a balance in sodium and potassium is what keeps BP and fluid retention normal. Instead of cutting down (sea) salt, perhaps more potassium is needed. Here is the article. Guest guest
A good place to obtain potassium chloride for cheap, would be farm supply stores. For horses and cattle. Probably 4 pounds for less than $10 according to Amazon. Search Amazon for " sodium chloride equine " . Horse owners love them and spend a bundle on their health. I've purchased very inexpensive and pure MSM powder at such places as well as de-wormer paste. " Mr Ed " > > I read that a balance in sodium and potassium is what keeps BP and fluid retention normal.
