It is high in Vitamin C, Anti fungal, Natural antibiotic, etc. This is great to put on sandwiches, in salad, in soup, on a baked potato or mixed with other foods. I frequently just eat a spoonful when sick or feeling bad. In a blender mix: Raw Apple Cider Vinegar A white onion Thumb sized piece of ginger 5-6 cloves of garlic 1-2 hot peppers (jalepeno, serano, habenero, etc.) Optional Horse Radish ( I don't like horse radish so hardly ever add it) The amounts are not exact, so if you want to add more garlic or another ingredient, feel free to experiment.
