Here is the recipe for tonic that I use often.

It is high in Vitamin C, Anti fungal, Natural antibiotic, etc. This is great to

put on sandwiches, in salad, in soup, on a baked potato or mixed with other

foods. I frequently just eat a spoonful when sick or feeling bad.

In a blender mix:

Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

A white onion

Thumb sized piece of ginger

5-6 cloves of garlic

1-2 hot peppers (jalepeno, serano, habenero, etc.)

Optional Horse Radish ( I don't like horse radish so hardly ever add it)

The amounts are not exact, so if you want to add more garlic or another

ingredient, feel free to experiment.

Blend well. Keep in jar in refrigerator with a tight lid. Some have said this

does not need to be refrigeratored.
