You ever think thast they might be ready to? What might be happening is they are looking to give you a promontion ever looking that way THINKI ABOUT IT? When I've worked different places that's what I've had happen. Does your company RESPECT your TEACHINGS? I ask because where I've worked that is the 1st thing I expect from mine. I will make this clear at each interview. & you should. let me know what happens
