Guest guest Posted May 22, 2012 Report Share Posted May 22, 2012 For me I get angry and yell at someone, I become overly irritable at everything, I have panic attacks, I will curl up in a ball in bed while crying and digging my nails into my scalp. I do not have a physical pain, but a serious mental one. Have you found any ways to try and get over it and/or make your reactions less intense?
