So your hubby's platelets are : 157,000 ( not low at all). Barb Alk phos- 620 AST-53 Bili total .8 Albumin 4.7 and his platelet- 157(very low)...... Although on the low side of normal. My lab tests show 150K as the low end of normal. This is interesting to me, since my platelets usually run high (around 550K).
