I want to have my auditory nerves severed. I dont know the exact anatomical termination for what I want done. All I know is I do not want to hear anything ever again. Ive been thinking about this for a long time now. The only thing stopping me is my love for music. I am worried that my phobia might transfer to another area. I already have tactile sensitivity regarding gritty substances like comet clenser or dirt and I cannot touch yarn or cotten-balls anymore. I also have certain visual aversions as well such as seeing people spit or seeing somebody chew gum. I dont even have to hear the gum anymore, if I see a mouth moving up and down repeatedly I freak out. What are your thoughts on this? Do you think my misophobia will simply transfer onto other things once my hearing is gone?

I know this sounds extreme and insane but I dont even care anymore.
