Guest guest
My list of triggers is fairly short, mostly eating sounds that are out of line noisy compared to what average people make. At a campground in Cades Cove Tn this weekend, however, I could not believe the noise men make when anything is leaving any orifice! Even brushing their teeth (in a public facility, no thanks-) they hum and change tune from one location in the mouth to the next... in short, making a complete performance of the thing. On my final visit before heading out, I was already in my stall and about done, when some man came in jerking on the door handle as if he was unfamiliar with the principle of turning it first, then slamming the door behind him, before starting the process all over again at the vacant stall next to me. The moans and groans that followed ... well you get the idea. So on my way out, I gave a performance of my own. Jerking and slamming the door on my stall, slamming the valve on the wash basin, and doing my dead level best to top his performance with the exit door. There is no way on this green earth he missed it. You think?
